Herzog Be-leaf is a certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon made with no added sulfites. Organically farmed in the warm rolling hills of Paso Robles, the grapes were harvested late in the season.

This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.
For over 35 years, the Herzog and Watts families have worked together to grow spectacular Zinfandel in the Mokelumne River region of Lodi. This Zinfandel is crafted from vines up to 80 years old, capturing intense flavors and rich texture. The wine is balanced and not overly sweet, a style modeled after some of the most historic Late Harvest wines of France.
The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a dark purple wine and is full of forest fruit and eucalypt characters, together with more complex notes of vanilla, chocolate and tobacco. The depth of colour and complex aromas give an excellent indication of what this wine currently has to offer, and how it will develop in the bottle.
The wine is deep purple in color, with aromas of blackberries, black currants, and hints of green bell pepper, cinnamon, and toasty oak. It is full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, offering notes of ripe black fruit, plums, candied cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and tobacco leaves.
Stéphane Usseglio, son of Raymond, has taken over the domaine in the last few years and he is pushing to reach the potential of the family’s holdings, some of he best of Châteauneuf. Half his vines are situated near the road in the lieu-dit “La Crau” and the other half on the hill across the road from the actual ruins of the new castle of the Pope.
