Deep Blue is our first Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, as opposed to our single vineyard offerings. We sourced fruit from our two primary Pinot Noir producers: Momtazi & Johan Vineyards, both Demeter-certified Biodynamic sites that produce drastically distinct wines.
Ours is not a buttery, oaky Chard. It sees no malolactic fermentation and no oak so you get a dry and bright palate that is fruit forward and built for food. The nose is fresh and bright with orchard fruit aromas and a touch of smoke and flint. Lush notes of ripe pear and apple blend with mouthwatering acidity to give backbone and verve.
Matua is New Zealand's first Sauvignon Blanc, and to this day, Matua continually brings out the chill vibes and even cooler refreshment to every season. This is all credited to the Matua philosophy of making wine from the best grapes from the best vineyards in New Zealand, letting the quality, fruit character, freshness and purity shine through every glass. Before enjoying Matua's crisp and vibrant flavors, be sure to chill it.
Covenant’s Israeli winery started making Viognier from the Galilee in 2017 under the BLUE C label. It inspired us to see what a California Viognier could deliver using the same production methods. Covenant RED C Viognier comes from the same vineyard in Lodi, CA, that produces our Mensch Roussanne grapes. (Both Viognier and Roussanne are best known as French Rhone varietals.)
Pastoral is a blessed Church wine that was spread around the world by the Orthodox clergy. It is an attribute of Communion ceremonies, symbolizes the blood of Christ, and is one of the symbols of Easter. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine has an intense, dark ruby color and peculiar for this wine, and flavors of cream and blackcurrant. Velvety taste with pleasant, mild viscosity.
The first wine made by Esporão in 1985. Obtained from grapes grown at Herdade do Esporão, it shows the consistency and rich character typical of the best Alentejo wines.
100% Tempranillo aged 4 months in barrel and 4 months in bottle. The label honors Herminia Casas Madorrán, the wife of an early proprietor and the namesake of the winery.
