Spaetlese ("late harvest") is harmoniously balanced between natural, ripe sweetness, and acidity. It comes in a blue glass bottle, which has been revived from a 200-year-old tradition of the Nahe Valley. Intense concentration with rich and ripe fruit flavors. Serve with BBQ, ham, cakes, or pies.

70% Riesling, 15% Bacchus, 15% Scheurebe.
