Grown predominantly along the sun-kissed coastal vineyards in Tuscany, Vermentino captures the essence of the Mediterranean Sea with its pronounced salinity, leading to a captivating phenolic finish.
Filari Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC is a classic, round, and fragrant red wine, with a very high polyphenolic content, an intense ruby colour with soft purple hues. It is also ideal with pasta and red meat, excellent with "Arrosticini" and grilled meat, but also with pecorino cheeses of various ages.
Hat Strap Chardonnay shows golden delicious apple, pineapple, and lemon zest flavors with hints of Freestone peach and macadamia nut. It’s a full-bodied, complex wine that finishes with great richness and length.
Lip smacking flavors of ripe strawberry, orange and cherries. A hint of rose petals with good balance and acidity.
The Stratus cloud is characterized by its many layers as is this wine, produced from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the Galilee. Hand harvested from low yield vineyards, one can discern flavors of cocoa and spice with a down to earth, rich drinkability. The wine was aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
The Legan vineyard is a rugged own-rooted planting of Pinot Noir situated at 1,600’ above the tiny community of Coralitos. The hearty vines at Legan are surrounded by the dense Redwood forest of the Southern Santa Cruz Mountains and have been dry farmed since 1980 in deep sandy loam soil.

This Chardonnay opens with notes of fresh ripe pear and caramel apple surrounded by notes of vanilla cream and toasted marshmallow. A core of acidity keeps the wine fresh on the palate to help balance its rich and buttery midpalate.
