Lots are 100% destemmed to lessen tannins, and whole berries are transferred to tank.

The palate is full-bodied, smooth and rich with a delicate acidity that gives it a lively finish. This wine offers excellent ageing potential. Discreet peppery and woody notes evolve. Very persistent finish.
Quarry Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon always offers an intriguing combination of flavors, and this vintage is no exception. Its aromas of cherry, dried herb, and tobacco are reflected in the flavors on the palate, with additional earth and mineral notes.
