Domaine Claude Riffault is located in Sury-en-Vaux, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate is managed by Stéphane Riffault , representative of the 4th generation. He trained in Burgundy and at Château Angélus in Bordeaux.
Château Bruni is a Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification Traditional maceration (21 days) allows to reveal all the fruity and tannic potential in the grapes which have been picked at an optimum ripeness.

The base Cabernet from this terrific estate is the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, which checks in as 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and the balance Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
An uncomplicated wine ideal with fresh fruit based desserts and mild soft cheeses. Full bodied wine with honeysuckle and rose petals in bouquet. Rich and smooth with beautifully balanced sugar and acid give an extra interest by a touch of honeyed botrytis.
