Mukuzani is a one of the finest barrel aged dry red Georgian wine, with its place of origin exactly predetermined. 100% Saperavi varietal, from the Mukuzani microzone, Kakheti region of the Georgia.
Grape variety, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, organic (not certified), 8 months' ageing in bulk with some lees stirring, lightly fined & filtered before bottling. Located at the northern edge of the appellation De Tracy's vineyard is south-west facing, on flint and Kimmeridgian soils and extends from "Tracy hill" to the "Champs de Cris" plateau. 32 hectares are in production.

Domaine Claude Riffault is located in Sury-en-Vaux, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate is managed by Stéphane Riffault , representative of the 4th generation. He trained in Burgundy and at Château Angélus in Bordeaux.
