This north-facing limestone site is cool and late ripening. In a warm year like 2019 its quality soars. There is such a fine acidity and outstanding length. I was really blown away by this, and can’t wait to see how the fruit and acidity entwine further with some bottle age. Nervous and tense, this warrants attention.
TheLuminus has a striking purity of fruit, and showcases bright citrus characteristics and a beautiful minerality. It has a robust acidity, notes of lemon pith, almond extract, and a silky, elegant texture.
Ruby black color. Aromas of watermelon candy, strawberry candies, blueberry jam, and dill with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and a seamless, interesting, medium-length red licorice, peach scone, and baking spices finish with moderate oak flavor.

Heavy charred wood aromas and a quite tannic, oaky palate make this full-bodied wine rather stiff and one-dimensional.
The Calling 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is deep plum red in color with vibrant hues. The aroma is rich and complex with layers of ripe blackberry fruit, mocha, and warm vanilla spice with subtle hints of nutmeg. The flavors are bold with notes of cherry pie, coffee and a rich warm and spicy oak finish.
The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.
