The 2021 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot presents mature red colorwith a raspberry hue. Brambly fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of mocha and baking spice. Whole berry fermentation with a generous use of Malbec in the blend accentuates bright fruit tones on the palate, and leaves a lengthy finish. Made with 86% Merlot, 14% Malbec.
The red berry characteristics of the vinifera grape Cabernet Franc translate as an Icewine into strawberry like aromas and flavors. This Icewine is completely different from the white Icewines. The color comes from pressing only as there is no skin contact during fermentation. The earlier it is harvested, the darker the color and the deeper the flavors.
Mildian red semi-sweet wine is made from Ojaleshi grapes, planted in Racha-Lechkhumi and traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a deep, bright ruby color and aromas of lively fruit, ripe pomegranate and cherry, with pronounced ojalesh varietal notes. The wine is rich, full-bodied, elegant, with natural sweetness and salty acidity. It goes very well with light salads, cheeses and desserts.
A blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 24 months in French and American oak. The wine exhibits a glass-coating opaque purple color. The nose is expressive with pain grille, underbrush, brier, minerality, blueberry and blackberry fruit. A unique blend of Upper Galilee- Mount Meron- vineyards. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties. Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines yielded perfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reaching the adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation. This precision let to superb extraction, which was aged in fine French oak barrels.

The 7th generation wines show high quality, concentration, and complexity. The color of the wine is deep purple. The wine has the aromas of blueberries, black tea and is spicy. It is powerful and earthy, with flavors of black fruit. The wine is full-bodied with a long fruity finish.
