The vintage 2021 is Shiraz dominant lending bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure with Cabernet Sauvignon to provide blackberry fruits, palate weight and structure and then Grenache to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate.
Firm, but balanced, this is a wine with many of the virtues of the vintage. It has weight and richness, but also fresh, juicy, fruity acidity all packaged nicely in tannins.
Vega Real El Empecinado is a red wine produced in the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. It is made from the Tempranillo grape variety, which is known for its intense flavor and aroma.
