Dark Horse Big Red Blend is made from a medley of Malbec, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Merlot sourced from Argentina, California, and Australia. This red blend dares to be bold and serves as an exploration of some of the best varietals red wine has to offer.
Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with many great vineyards that span a diverse and varied view into a region that many would call the heartland of California Pinot Noir. Our goal is to create a wine that shows the essence of this iconic appellation.
This deep, complex wine, mature and abundant, has balanced tannins and a rich, round body. Deep, dark ruby-red color with cherry hues. Pronounced core flavors of blackberry fruit, cassis, and blueberry flavors, along with chocolate, vanilla, and coffee.
Elysium is used to either accompany or replace dessert. It is wonderful with blue cheeses, with desserts containing red fruits (such as Summer Pudding, an English favorite), with vanilla, with dark chocolate, with ice cream desserts, and candlelight.
With an intense ruby-red color, the wine has profound aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, the wine's dense structure is balanced and elegant, with a silky presence, relatively low alcohol, and noble tannins.

The Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc embodies the quintessential Marlborough style—full-flavored and medium-bodied with notes of juicy peach, ripe tropical fruit and tart and herbaceous gooseberry.

The Hoshen stones are gems that were set in the breatplate of the high priest during the time of the Second Temple. Just as these gems were meticulously chosen, so have we chosen the unique and quality wine grapes that go into creating these exciting wines that reflect our aspiration.
The winery's flagship wine takes its name from the estate, the ca' marcanda, the house of endless negotiations. The name refers to the many hours that Angelo Gaja spent convincing the property's previous owners to sell the estate vineyard that produces this wine to him.
