This is a blend of Grignolino, Pinot Noir and two ancient native grapes from this area that Fabrizio is helping to revive- a red grape called Slarina and a white called Baratuciat. This is on the lighter side of medium with racy red fruit and spice, perfect with a chill next to anything grilled.
