Lapostolle Grand Selection Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow with green edges. Very clean and expressive nose of white fruit and citrics. Fresh and unctuous palate with long finish.
The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink. The nose opens on aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by raspberry and a hint of pink grapefruit. A fruit-forward attack on redcurrant and raspberry leads into a nicely balanced mid-palate lifted by fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.
Notes of lime and lemon pith, some herbaceous notes, a touch of saline, earthy minerals, followed by a bit of white peach with mouth-watering acidity and a moderately long finish.

A distant hint of cherry appears on the nose but gains in intensity with more air. The palate is light and comes with easy, ripe cherry charm. The body is smooth, balanced and fresh.
A medium-bodied wine, with a cherry flavor and hints of caramel and smoke. The wine has a refreshing acidity, and is very pleasant and enjoyable to drink. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.
