A very good example of a coastal sauvignon, this one comes from the San Antonio Valley, from vineyards about 15 miles from the Pacific. It has intense herbal aromas and a bit of white fruit and floral tones. It's powerful in acidity, with a creamy, agile body. A perfect companion for any fish and shellfish menu.
100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards within the Willamette Valley. The majority of the blend is from Finnigan Hill Vineyard - a higher elevation site in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Fermented with native yeasts and matured in neutral French oak.
