This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale light color with typical aromas of passion fruit and green apples tinged with pleasant herbal notes.
Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear.
This is a bold and aromatic Orange Muscat, offering a rich essence of grape, apricot and orange peel. A smooth and full bodied texture users in notes of fresh pineapple, mango and pasion fruit, softly finished by hints of toast. Pairs perfectly with creme brulle, peach cobbler or sharp cheeses.
The taste offers freshness and balance, with a clean finish. The color is straw yellow containing green reflections. The bouquet is clean and sharp featuring tropical fruit and white flowers.
Goose Bay Pinot Gris is an homage to the great Pinot Gris wines of Alsace, with a distinct New World edge. Sourced from Marlborough, where incredible white wine grapes seem to grow in every nook and cranny, the wine has a brilliant gold color from four months' aging in French oak.
