Premium sparkling grape wine with natural flavor. Natural double fermented.
Natural double fermentation sparkling wine produced for more than a century using the CHARMAT method, where the double fermentation takes place in large pressurised containers.
Grapes are harvested by hand, gently crushed, and soft pressed before being transferred to the winery for primary alcoholic fermentation. A second fermentation at low temperature lasts over two months, and the wine is finished with maturation on yeast lees for three months before bottling.
This Spumante is sweet, with outstanding fruit flavors, and a long, smooth finish. It pairs best with spicy food. This champagne is a straw color and a forward fruit flavor and mild floral character. The aromas are balanced with a bouquet of toasty yeast notes and floral nuances.
The “Charmat” method was used to make this wine from Muscat and other white varieties of grapes from our vineyards in Chile’s Central Valley. It is golden in colour and has a pleasant floral aroma.
