Each step of our small batch process involves more human interaction, from hand selecting casks of grain and malt whiskey, blending each batch to taste, and finishing in only the highest quality Central American rum casks, imparting a distinct full-flavored character.
Teeling Blackpitts Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey is inspired by the ancient Blackpitts of Dublin, where some of the largest barley malting houses in Ireland were traditionally located. Peat smoke is used to dry the barley during the malting process, producing an iconic smoky taste profile.
This single pot still Irish whiskey from Teeling is made with a combination of malted and un-malted barley, creating a creamy texture alongside a sweet, fruity character. Aromas of vanilla, stewed apples, cinnamon, apricot yoghurt and banana milkshake fill the nose, alongside rich sherry aromas.
Gin made from pink grapefruit peels sourced from Sicily and Italian rhubarb. The flavor is fresh with citrus notes and is not overly junipery. It is distilled with other botanicals before being distilled in stainless steel.
