We have tried to recreate these unique drinks using historical records from the Russian Empire and we present them for you to discover.

We at Herbesco hope to introduce to this amazing drink to the western liquor connoisseurs.

Chacha aged in oak is a traditional Georgian strong alcoholic drink made by distilling the skins, pulp, seeds and stems of grape according to the ancient Georgian traditional technology. It is aged in Oak barrels for more than eight months. Chacha is a colored and transparent drink, with harmonious aroma.
