Pierre Vallet XO cognac is an extra old blend of eaux-de-vie, brought for the first time from Maison Pierre Vallet. Pierre Vallet is a family business owned by the same family responsible for Château de Montifaud.
Amber in color. Rose, lychee, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood on the nose. Honeylike sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate flavors. Subtle, tender long finish, with hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak).
Hennessy's Pure White Cognac is a light, fresh and fruity young cognac designed for easy drinking on the rocks and in cocktails. We're delighted to have been able to obtain some, it's rarely seen outside the Caribbean.
Chabasse XO Cognac features a golden hue with reddish flashes and a subtle, woody nose, highlighted by Port aromas and fruity notes of prune. Its palate is rich and full-bodied, showcasing nutty flavors of hazelnut and walnut, complemented by delicate floral hints of iris and hyacinth.
Nose: Smoke rises with a cloying sweetness. Intense, pungent and aromatic, a distinctive farmyard scent drifts, along with a crunchy aroma, like creosote or tarry rope. A splash of water disturbs the vapours and dark chocolate cream billows, laced with a ribbon of smoked artichoke.
Clean, clear and colorless. Holds aromas of agave, clean and fresh on the nose. The agave notes continue through the flavor, strong but not overpowering. Warm, smooth finish. Use in your favorite tequila cocktails.
Eye: Deep flamed amber.

Embodying the first ageing of eaux-de-vie, the Gautier VS Cognac has been carefully crafted by the cellar master of Maison Gautier. It's harmony is due to the careful blend of Cognacs from Fins Bois and Bons Bois that creates a perfectly balanced taste - one somewhat unusual in such a young Cognac.
The Cognac region consists of six vineyard growth areas, called 'Crus'. The grapes used for Cognac must always come from this French region. The area covers the Char- ente-Maritime, a large part of the Charente and some smaller parts of deux-Sevres and the famous Dordogne.
Distilled from 47 predominantly unusual but regional botanicals such as lingonberries and blended with natural spring water. Juniper is prominent on the nose, and intense herbal notes rise up. Monkey 47 takes a sweet and fruity turn at the end. Rated 99 pts by Distiler.com
