From the imaginative Cabinet of Curiosities, Hendrick's presents the Grand Cabaret Gin, masterfully created by Lesley Gracie. Inspired by a whimsical 17th century fruit-based libation, this gin is a celebration of history and the spirit of lively gatherings.
Whitley Neill bottled at 43% abv (previously 42%). A London Dry Gin made with African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree (known as the Tree of Life) and Physalis fruit.
Conniption American Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Durham (not the one near Sunderland - the one in North Carolina), made with a combination of traditional and modern production methods. To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapour infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavour profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.
