Tradicional Cristalino tequila is a crystal clear expression of Jose Cuervo Reposado with just the right amount of Reserva de la Familia Extra Anejo added for complexity. The long, pure finish is as smooth as the vanilla and spice & a hint of melon you taste from the first sip.
Tequila Pueblo Viejo Blanco is 100% de Agave and produced at San Matias, which is one of the oldest distilleries in Mexico. Tequila Pueblo Viejo blanco is colorless, full, and slightly pungent on the attack.Light agave intensity and sencillo agave complexity. Herbal, artichoke, and ripe apple aromas dominate. Low sweetness and thin to medium mouth feel. Some pepper and sweet caramel flavors with hints of agave. Hot, medium finish with a sweet, apple flavor.
Cantera Negra Reposado is aged nearly an entire year, and is a mellower and more refined taste than our Silver tequila. With hints of oak and vanilla, this Elixir de Agave is bottled only when approved by our family tasting panel. Our Reposado is enjoyable for sipping or as the high-end base for craft tequila cocktails. Cantera Negra Reposado won the Silver medal at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Reserva de la Familia® is the Cuervo family’s prized 100% blue agave tequilas drawn from the family’s private reserve and crafted in limited quantities. Available in Platino, Reposado and Extra-Añejo, the superb spirits are multiple award winners.
Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.
Cantera Negra Añejo offers a remarkably smooth taste and a warm finish. Although never bottled until passing the stringent taste testing standards of our family panel, it is aged for an average of 30 to 36 months.
In our minds, producing tequila is an art form, one we take very seriously. With Cazcanes, you won’t find a large scale distillery producing tequila for multiple brands. What you will find is a boutique-style distillery that operates in harmony with the land, environment, and the natural spring that preserves it.
Cenote Tequila announced the release of Cenote Ahumado Tequila, a small-batch tequila that revives historic methods used by original tequileros of roasting agave pinas over a woodfire.
