A 2006 Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition single malt that was finished in an oloroso sherry cask and bottled in 2021. Aromas of buttery biscuits, orange, honey and apricot fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, caramel, figs, red apples and soft hints of peat smoke throughout the palate.
Golden brown in color. The nose has notes of fruit and floral hints, with some vanilla oak and honeycomb. The palate is complex, with layers of fruit, barley sugar and hints of oak smoke. The finish is satisfying, creamy with a hint of liquorice.

The majority of Experimental Grain Whisky is comprised of grains from the Cameronbridge and North British distilleries. They bring notes of fudge, vanilla and set honey. On top of this the younger whisky from Loch Lomond layers impressions of pine forests and patchouli oil. Experimentation abounds throughout Scotland. We polished our home-grown Yamada Nishiki to 51%. The ratio of lees,which is usually about 40%, is intentionally increased to 70%. This is avery luxurious Japanese sake. Low alcohol and elegant sweetness, Fruityscent and taste like mango.

Aromas of TCP, Manuka honey, clove, smoked bacon, leather and pine tar fill the nose, complemented by notes of treacle, wax, toffee, maple syrup, dark chocolate, pine needles, chestnut honey and rich peat smoke throughout the palate.
The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve is a single malt scotch whisky selectively finished in Caribbean Rum Barrels. Intensely smooth and well balanced. It features the sweet and tropical fruit flavor notes of banana, mango starfruit, and papaya.
