The Psagot Blanc de Blancs was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine went through secondary fermentation in bottle and aged on its lees for 6 years before release.

Lively and fresh on the palate with great balance between the acidity and fruit flavors, turning minerally on the sophisticated finish. Perfect with Oysters and other shellfish.
