Tradition Brut is a very lively wine with fine bubbles that form a large string against a golden background. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavors.
The story of Veuve Clicquot is one of audacity, creativity, and boldness. In 1810, Madame Clicquot invented the first ever vintage champagne, in 2015 Veuve Clicquot declared the 67th vintage of the Maison. Since then, the house has cultivated the art of aging.
Nomine-Renard Brut is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. 75% of wine from 3 years old and 25% of reserve wine. From the youngest to the oldest plots up to 70 years old, the average age of our vineyard is 35 years old. Growing vines is working with the environment all year around. Therefore we are naturally involved in sustainable viticulture, which requires special attention to our land, to preserve its biodiversity and the quality of soils. Fresh and elegant with lots of minerality and citrus fruit aromas. Ideal for aperitif or to combine with fresh fish or smoked salmon.
This rich and complex wine, with beautiful aromas of dried fruit and toast is distinguished by an impressively long finish. The Dom Perignon is highly sought after by fans knowing its extraordinary ageing potential. Over the years, its bubbles are fading in favour of an incomparable creamy character.
COLOR: Champagne color of pale gold with a pink tint. Wine plays a beautiful little bubbles, creating a gentle foam.
TASTE: Champagne has a strong, fresh taste with good structure and a lovely long finish with hints of apple and berries.
