Amber colour. On the nose, musky and vinous aromas (old Semillon), with a waxed sidelined with acetic notes. On the palate, greedy attack, the first notes confirm this characteristic nose, with a predominance of nutmeg and liquorice.
Old gold color. Decadant nose, striking the nose with the very best of what a Grande Champagne cognac can offer. Tantalizes with hawthorn and bright notes of oak and licorice. Then currants, candied apricot.
An aromatic Cognac from Courvoisier that combines the traditions of Cognac with the elegance of Japanese mizunara oak. Made in a collaboration with House of Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo, it started out maturing in French oak barrels, before being transferred into Japanese mizunara casks for a secondary maturation.
