This amber color wine with elegant palate is delivering ripened pear, tobacco and dried fruit aromas, with the hint of black tea. Silky tannins give the wine a rare, velvety finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
The frozen Gewurztraminer grapes were harvested in late December when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After setting the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed. The wine was then placed outside to complete a natural cold stabilization.

Traditional Georgian wine made from Saperavi grapes cultivated in the strictly regulated micro-zone of Mukuzani, Gurjaani district, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia, the wine shows aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate with vanilla and spice. Napareuli is made from Saperavi grapes, grown on the northern bank of the Alazani river and noted for its excellent location. It's medium ruby red, with a bouquet of strawberry and spice and a subtle hint of vanilla oak. On the palate it has a smooth, mellow texture with plenty of berry fruit, liquorice notes, and subtle oak. Food matching: grilled meat, medium aged cheese. Serve at +16C .. +18C
