Mildian red dry wine is made from Saferavi in Kakheti, traditionally fermented in kvevri and aged in oak barrels. The drink has a deep burgundy color and a complex, rich aroma, in which oak tones from aging in oak barrels are felt with elements of lively fruit, licorice, blueberry, gin, tobacco and spices. The wine has a full, well-balanced, developed taste. It goes very well with barbecue, fried spicy meat dishes and kubdar.

Wort vinification is carried out in the traditional way for red wines, taking place with strict temperature control, followed by aging in oak barrels. Dry red wine made with 100% Saperavi grapes harvested in Mukuzani PDO in Kakheti region. Wine was matured in oak barrels for 6 months and has a dark ruby color, well defned Saperavi grapes aroma, cherry and vanila tones with velvety taste and firm body. Wine is recommended with meat dishes, BBQ and steak.

The Late Harvest Oremus is a blend of the four grapes that have been affected by botrytis. It is fermented in the barrels that have just finished the fermentation of the dry wines and consists of a mix of Furmint (about 50%), Hárslevelű, Muscat and Zeta.
