The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2019 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization.
This lightly mouth-coating sweetie is creamy and just off-dry, showing juicy acidity layered with flavors of baked pineapple, apple peel, crushed shortbread, candied ginger and aromatic hints of jasmine and anise.

Following an extended maceration period and fermentation in stainless steel, this Szamorodni ages in barrels deep in the cellar before being bottled. While it may be enjoyed as an aperitif, it also has the ability to age well.
Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. The wine is made from specially selected Saperavi grape variety, harvested in the Kakheti region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel, the wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Rich intense nose with hints of orange peel and spice. Very fine and elegant wine, full-flavoured with vibrant acidity, citrus and peach on the palate with a long, balanced finish.

This full-bodied Georgian orange wine reveals multidimensional aromas of ripe apricots, honey, orange peel, walnuts, almonds and exotic spices. Fresh and well-structured on the palate, it was born to be aged.
Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
