Georgia's rarest and most precious wine, made from the grapes that only grow in Georgia's Racha-Lechkhumi region. It has a very handsome appearance with a lustrous ruby-red colour and a bouquet of raspberry, blueberry and forest berries tones.

Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
Semi-sweet white wine made from grapes of the varieties of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Dry white wine of protected designation of origin Tsinandali is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from the highest quality grape varieties. Cultivated in Tsinandali micro zone. The wine has a pale gold color, fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine is recommended together with salads, cheese, dishes from poultry and fish under the temperature of 50 °F - 57 °F.
The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2019 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization.
