Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
Dry, clean, and crisp with citrus notes, yellow plum, light green apple, & a hint of white pepper. The latin for Hungarian cricket roughly means clever cricket. Its favorite food includes the leaves of vine tedrils. Research has shown that there are certain varieties of grapes whose leaves the clever cricket will not touch. These are primarily the leaves of the Grüner Veltliner grape.
The bouquet promises fresh fruits and ripeness as well: yellow apple, honey melon, and a hint of quince. Subtle exotic hints enhance the juicy feeling on the palate, while the classic aspects of Grüner Veltliner with pronounced herbal, spicy, and peppery fruit are evident more during the long aftertaste. Bone dry with a vivid finish. An excellent drinking pleasure.
Grüner Veltliner is the “queen” of the white varieties in Austria. Its main characteristics are the fruity-spicy nose, also called “Pfefferl” referring to pepper.
Mildian red dry wine is made from Saferavi in Kakheti, traditionally fermented in kvevri and aged in oak barrels. The drink has a deep burgundy color and a complex, rich aroma, in which oak tones from aging in oak barrels are felt with elements of lively fruit, licorice, blueberry, gin, tobacco and spices. The wine has a full, well-balanced, developed taste. It goes very well with barbecue, fried spicy meat dishes and kubdar.
Biokult Zweigelt meets Pinot Noir is filled with juicy, ripe dark red fruit w/ a hint of cinnamon. The palate is fresh yet plush with fleshy, luscious cherry fruit. There is freshness and drive in this little fruit bomb, which seems made for the picnic basket. Earthy crushed raspberry and earthy aromas follow through on a soft, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-body with a delicate touch of spice.
The Late Harvest Oremus is a blend of the four grapes that have been affected by botrytis. It is fermented in the barrels that have just finished the fermentation of the dry wines and consists of a mix of Furmint (about 50%), Hárslevelű, Muscat and Zeta.
