Appellation controlled white dry wine produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Tsinandali appellation of Kakheti region. This wine perfecty preserves aroma typical to these varieties displayed with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers flavor deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.
Tasting Profile: A lighter-bodied, ruby-colored red, with tangy, fruity notes on the palate—cherries, damsons and the like. Richly flavored, with ripe tannins and some acidity. There is a slight, underlying spice to this wine.
Food Pairing: Kebabs, roasted veggies, spicy grilled fare, deli meats.
Beautifully fruit-driven with sappy cherry aroma; the palate is succulent and dense; with layers of mint and blackberries. After one week of maceration this wine is aged in neutral 2000-liter casks for nine months. Pair with mild to slightly spicy dishes with red meat as well as Spanish and Mexican food.

The blend of tree red varietals Aleksandrouli, Saperavi and Malbec shows prominent red and black fruit mix, with light sweetness and balanced astringency. Saperavo Qvevri is a red wine made from Saperavi grapes, grown in the Kakheti region. The grapes are crushed, macerated and fermented on the skins and seeds of qvevri for few months according to Kakhetian method of winemaking. This wine is of intense dark garnet-color with balanced and harmonious bouquet of ripe cherries, plums with long aftertaste.
