The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.
From a mix of younger and older vines of 5-40 year old vines planted various plots closer to the river on alluvial soil and sand. Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed with a few hours of skin contact in pneumatic press Natural ferment takes place in mix of older large format cask (500-5000L) and stainless steel followed by around 3 months on full lees with no battonage.

Traditional Georgian wine made from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grape varieties cultivated in the strictly regulated micro-zone of Tsinandali, Telavi district, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia. On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of banana and tropical salads. Its subtly creamy and complex taste is from partial ageing in french oak.
