Marom Shamai 2018 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.
Each of the select vineyards has contributed its dramatic character that led to the creation of a complete, deep, and harmonic wine.
