While many wines from Israel are big and bold, Domaine Netofa wines are refined and elegant, after the the Rhone valley style of winemaking.
This wine is composed of 39% Shiraz, 19% Marselan, 14% Zinfandel, 11% Merlot, 8% Tempranillo, 5% Mourvedre & 4% Viognier, deriving from various regions in the Negev. Each wine was aged individually in large oak vats and concrete vats for 7 months. This created a refreshing fruity wine that will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
