Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper. Full-bodied, concentrated with flavors of ripe black and red berries, smoked wood, pepper, sweet plums, dried figs, roasted coffee beans with medium acidity and searing tannins as well as a hint of grape seeds bitterness on a long and rich finish.
The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.
Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
With its intense flavors and layered complexity, combined with softness and restraint, this wine is capable of gracefully maturing in a bottle, befitting of wines produced in the Superieur Series.
Aromas of raspberries, cassis, roasted coffee beans and mint. A full-bodied, balanced and generous wine. Binyamina Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon expresses the best of Upper Galilee's terroir, verifying the claim of world-renowned wine writers Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson that Galil is "the region with the most obvious potential" in Israel.
A delicious, rich, and smooth wine with well-focused currant, black cherry, and chocolate flavors supported by spicy oak nuances in the background. It pairs well with fried chicken or stir fry.
