The 2017 Yarden Pinot Gris exhibits an aromatic blend of nashi pear, guava, lime, melon and banana fruit characters, along with notes of mineral and spice. With medium body, this captivating wine presents attractive and lingering flavor.
The wine made from Merlot grapes from Vineyard Ein Zeitim in the Upper Galilee, considered one of the best growing areas in the country. The unique vineyards and barrels, have been carefully selected by the winery’s winemakers team specifically for this wine.
This is the flagship wine of Yatir Winery. Yatir uses the best plots of the best vineyards of each particular vintage to craft this wine. It is aged up to 18 months in small French oak barrels and then has a further year's bottle aging before release.

The "Yarden Rome" delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with characters of ripe red and black fruits. This opulent wine is full-bodied and shows concentrated scents and a very long, elegant finish.
This wine is produced from exquisitely balanced grapes grown in Segal's Dishon Vineyard. The vineyard, in the Kadesh Valley in the northern Galilee, is planted on well-drained, dark soil at a height of 430 meters above sea level. Select blocks of the vineyard are densely planted, and strict vineyard management limits the yield, thus intensifying the grapes' natural sugar, acid, and color. Rich tannins enhance the fruit's quality.
As the cloud it's named for, fluffy and billowy, this blend has both a soft texture coupled with a distinct minty flavor and a hint of light spice. The grapes are grown in the Galilee, harvested manually and aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
