Binyamina Reserve Merlot is crafted from premium Merlot grapes, originally from Bordeaux. The grapes come from two nearby regions. One is the Upper Galilee, mainly Kerem Ben Zimra, with basaltic and terra rossa soil over hard limestone, providing excellent root aeration.
1848 2nd Generation Syrah is a wine with a unique combination of freshness and depth of flavors. The wine is fruity, earthy, and very spicy, but also has a wonderful and pleasant finish.
A medium-bodied wine, with a cherry flavor and hints of caramel and smoke. The wine has a refreshing acidity, and is very pleasant and enjoyable to drink. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.

The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.
This dry red wine was produced from a blend of Merlot grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. After fermentation, the wine underwent extended skin contact before being transferred to French Oak barrels for a maturation period of 14 months.
The grapes used in making this delicious wine were fermented and barrel aged in French oak for a period of 15 months. The wine was then blended, bottled, and aged for a further year prior to labeling.
