The wine made from Merlot grapes from Vineyard Ein Zeitim in the Upper Galilee, considered one of the best growing areas in the country. The unique vineyards and barrels, have been carefully selected by the winery’s winemakers team specifically for this wine.

The fresh fruit, sweet/sour, of the 'Wonderful' species, is squeezed when it is at the peak of its ripeness, undergoes a fermentation process after which it is aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel vats. Pomegranate is effective in lowering blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels etc. Pomegranate is rich in anti-oxidants.
The Stratus cloud is characterized by its many layers as is this wine, produced from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the Galilee. Hand harvested from low yield vineyards, one can discern flavors of cocoa and spice with a down to earth, rich drinkability. The wine was aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
This wine is composed of 39% Shiraz, 19% Marselan, 14% Zinfandel, 11% Merlot, 8% Tempranillo, 5% Mourvedre & 4% Viognier, deriving from various regions in the Negev. Each wine was aged individually in large oak vats and concrete vats for 7 months. This created a refreshing fruity wine that will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
Dry red wine. The grapes were harvested from the oldest of the winery's plots. Aged for about 22 months in French oak barrels, most of them new. Characterized by an extremely high acidity level, allowing the wine to continue to age for years. The wine has an 'old world' substance, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.
This is the flagship wine of Yatir Winery. Yatir uses the best plots of the best vineyards of each particular vintage to craft this wine. It is aged up to 18 months in small French oak barrels and then has a further year's bottle aging before release.
Weiss Winery continues the tradition of the family's grandfather, who founded the first winery in Mátészalka, Hungary, in 1882. This special blend is named after one hundred founders of the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem. The grapes were harvested by hand from old vineyards, underwent long fermentations, and aged for 26 months in high-quality French oak barrels.
