One of Israel's finest red blends, Flam Noble is sourced from the Galilee's pristine Dishon, Ben Zimra, and Mata vineyards. Elegant in its composition, this wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak giving it a well-balanced and robust character suitable for any fine dining experience.
The wine is deep purple in color, with aromas of blackberries, black currants, and hints of green bell pepper, cinnamon, and toasty oak. It is full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, offering notes of ripe black fruit, plums, candied cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and tobacco leaves.
Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.

The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.
This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a three-day controlled cooling.
