Veramonte Carmenere Reserva 2020 is a compelling red wine that captures the essence of the Carmenere grape and the terroir of the Colchagua Valley. Pouring into the glass, it reveals an intense and deep ruby-red color, showcasing its concentration and richness.
Deep violet in color, intense, and with a great aromatic complexity of red fruits together with floral notes of violets and roses. On the palate, it is a tasty wine with a soft spell and a superb freshness, along with the elegance and power so characteristic of Puente Alto. It is a wine with a velvety texture, lush body, and a very long and persistent finish.
Forty Vines Sauvignon Blanc has a bright pale yellow color with green highlights. Intense nose of citrus and green apples, and a hint of grassiness. On palate a crisp mouth entry, light bodied, with a fresh finish. This wine can be a great companion for green salads, ceviche, sushi.
Of a very elegant pale yellow this Albariño has a fresh and vibrant nose that reminds us of tropical fruit with subtle citrus and floral notes. In the mouth, we find a round and fresh body with a saline and mineral combination that provide a marked notion of terroir.
A very good example of a coastal sauvignon, this one comes from the San Antonio Valley, from vineyards about 15 miles from the Pacific. This Carmenere is sourced from two section of Invina Batuco vineyard in the Maule Valley of Chile. The Carmenere grape with black fruit, herbal notes and soft tannins is blended with Cabernet Sauvignon to add a spicy red fruit characteristic, and Syrah to include notes of red licorice.
