Chateau description: Penfolds is one of Australia’s oldest and most iconic wineries. Created in 1844 it is well known for producing heavy red wines. One of the first winery to have a multi-region and multi-wineries production.
Intense nose of apricot and cheese, derived from wild ferment and age on oak lees. Long dry finish with intense lasting fruit flavors, a big Pinot Gris not for the faint at heart.
Medium to deep red. Berry, plum and spice with vanillin oak aromas on the nose. Medium to full bodied with berry, plum and spice flavours on the palate supported by attractive sweet oak char and spice.
Buttery Chardonnay displays rich buttery aromas, spice and concentrated ripe stone fruits, complemented with notes of vanilla and butterscotch. This wine is smooth and creamy, and simply melts in your mouth, highlighting the beautifully blended vanilla and toasted oak flavors with a rich lingering finish.
19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and flavorful red wine that pays tribute to the legendary stories of convicts turned colonists. This wine offers rich aromas of dark berries, chocolate, and subtle oak, leading to a smooth and well-rounded palate with notes of blackberry, vanilla, and spice.
