Gentle swirling coaxes further notes of cigar box and potpourri which set the stage for a stunning palate layered with flavors of cedar, cracked black pepper, black licorice, and bergamot.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from our 13-acre estate vineyard atop Pritchard Hill, overlooking Lake Hennessey. This first growth vineyard is meticulously farmed by David Abreu, with whom we have worked closely for more than 12 years.
This wine shares similar tones and hues as the Maya, with vibrant fruit and spice aromas, and a dark black-purple color. The natural acidity of the vintage comes through, adding to the wine’s volume, while the softness of the tannins make it immediately appealing.
