With an appealing aromatic intensity, it presents woody notes, aromas of nuts, light smoke, sweet and balsamic aromas, due to the stage in wooden barrels. On the palate, sweetness is compensated by acidity, which gives it freshness and balance, reveals notes of nuts, roasted coffee, torrefaction and light chocolate.
Very fresh and fruity, the aroma is rich in berries, strawberries, cherries, red berries and slight nuances of chocolate. On the palate, it is sweet; the freshness of berries and the intensity of ripe berries lingers on.

Vinification of Adega Velha 12 Years XO Old Brandy: the grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the source of a light and balanced wine. The wine is then subjected to two slow and careful distillations in a Charentais still, brought from the Cognac Region, in France.
Nose: powerful and complex nuttiness aromas in harmony with spicy notes, warm roasted coffee and cinnamon hints from the long contact with oak wood during the aging process.
