Boyer de Bar is a domaine founded by Vincent and Emmanuel Lucas De Bar, from organic family-owned vineyards in the Hérault valley, at the site of a 12th century monastery. The monks always knew where the best vines were and this Cabernet Sauvignon is luxuriously, textured with notes of blackberry, cassis, mocha, and a hint of violet that leads to a smooth and silky finish.
