Crystal-clear gold in color tinged with green highlights. On the nose it open, with notes of white blossoms, white-fleshed fruits and hazelnuts. Frank and full attack on the mouth, with citrus flavors. Lively mouthfeel, long lasting with acacia blossom flavors.
A regional appellation grown throughout the wine-growing area of Burgundy. The Bourgogne blanc appellation covers approximately 1000 hectares. Throughout the wine-growing area, there are multiple terroirs which allow a wide range of aromas in the wines. Depending on its origin, a Bourgogne Chardonnay will taste either of flint, fresh butter or acacia flower.
