Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom is a wine made exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from the El Rom vineyard, located in the Golan Heights. This wine ages 18 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.

The nose expresses a riot of aromas, among which rich hints of ripe red and black fruit prevail, aromas of earth, tobacco, grass and fresh pine nuances, all on a rich French oak background.

A full-bodied wine that shows a savory and persistent taste on the palate from the first sip. A rich and elegant drink, pleasant to drink young, but even more after a few years in the bottle.
