Red wine made with 100% Monastrell. Optimum temperature: 14-18 ° C
This powerful wine is made from grapes selected for its quality and structure from low-yielding old vines of the variety Monastrell. After destemming the winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 26ºC. Once the process of maceration-fermentation completed passes barrels of French and American oak aged in rooms where absent raising light and sound for 12 months.
