The grapes for this wine were harvested in the early morning hours to help preserve the wine's delicate fruitiness and ensure optimum ripeness. Press immediately, the juice was then cold fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit, creating a lightly fizzy sensation on the palate. With its aromatic floral scents, our Woodbridge Moscato displays light, sweet flavors with notes of orange marmalade and marzipan. In Italian, Moscato's style is referred to as frizzante, as it has a slight bubbly finish.
