Stella Rosa Black is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. Stella Rosa Black is a seductive, rich, and full bodied with a hint of sweetness. This refreshing wine reveals a deep, red color and is combined with natural flavors of ripe blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry.

Deep ruby red in color with garnet highlights, this red blend has aromas of dark berry fruits and black plums complemented by undertones of sweet spices and vanilla. On the palate, the structure is enhanced by finely grained tannins to make an rich, full-bodied wine.

Deep dark reddish-purple in color, bordering on opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, plums & blueberries with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, spices & minerals.

Stella Rosa Rosso is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. A refreshing red with flavors of strawberry and red berries. Serve chilled with fresh fruit, cheese, spicy cuisine, or desserts.

This is a blend of Grignolino, Pinot Noir and two ancient native grapes from this area that Fabrizio is helping to revive- a red grape called Slarina and a white called Baratuciat. This is on the lighter side of medium with racy red fruit and spice, perfect with a chill next to anything grilled.

The color is typically red garnet. The aromas are complex and elegant ranging from ripe red fruit and spices until "toasty and tar". The flavor is gentle tannic, austere, full and velvety.
