Château Margès is a family owned property located in the commune of Budos, at about 40 km South-East from Bordeaux. A dry white wine, with nice notes of citrus. Good vividness, but without being aggressive, this wine has a lot of finesse and is really aromatic. Fruity nose. Rich and fresh on the palate, the finish is supple and round.
Plump and friendly, with tangerine, peach and nectarine notes forming the core. The rounded finish has a flattering hint, along with a thread of quinine that keeps this honest.

The 2012 is quite pale at the present time, with brilliant green highlights. The nose is well-defined and mineral. Still very young and quite elegant, this wine has yet to reveal its full complexity.
